RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return. To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition that you received it.

How do I track my order?


As soon as your order has shipped, we email you with your estimated delivery date, your order's current status, and a link to track your order. if we shipped your order in multiple packages, we'll send an email for each package with details about which items are in which packages. (we never charge extra for additional packages.)

Damaged or defective

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at mybeachbags@gmail.com. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. if we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We are in the process of offering delivery Internationally; however, for now we are just delivering domestically. Which entitles all across the United States. 

 

What is your return policy?

 

Enjoy a 30-day year warranty on our handbags, baby bags, and small goods. for any manufacturing defects within this timeframe we are happy to assist! Must be returned with original hangtags attached and with original liner intact and unused.

 

Canceling an order?

We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed so that we can get it to you as quickly as possible. because of this, we cannot cancel orders after they've been placed.
